Short background.
In 2012, my friend Dawid and I, both aspiring IT technical college students, embarked on the journey of creating a website dedicated to the Android operating system. Our primary objective was to offer high-quality content encompassing articles on apps, games, news, and tutorials while fostering an online community.
“It’s challenging to convey the sheer dedication we poured into this project, but the skills we honed during that time—including our capacity to cultivate business connections, collaborate effectively, and establish a robust online presence—were invaluable. Moreover, it had a positive financial impact, as we facilitated sponsored articles, utilised AdSense, and received requests for paid reviews. Every minute invested was truly worthwhile.”
Niche.
We believed that there was a scarcity of websites in the Polish internet that provided comprehensive reviews of apps accessible in the Android Market (now known as Google Play). Frequently, we encountered individuals who had come across apps and games of exceptionally poor quality, some of which were annoying or even malicious. Our aspiration was to alter this situation.
Technology.
Ah, dependable old WordPress! With its multitude of handy plugins and a premium theme we jointly devised, I took on the task of crafting the graphic designs.
